The short agreement.

Anyone who reads and agrees to these terms may use the platform. You’re responsible for what you publish and for keeping your own identifying details private.

All posts must follow the Community Guidelines. In particular: no methods or means of self-harm, no encouragement of harm, no harassment or hate, no other people’s private information, no medical advice, and no spam. We may edit, add content notes to, hide, or remove any post, and may end access for anyone who repeatedly breaks the rules — with or without notice where safety requires it.

You keep ownership of everything you write. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, revocable licence to display it on this site and to lightly edit it for safety, clarity or length. Ask us to remove it and we will. We won’t use your story in advertising or anywhere off this site without asking you first.

Stories, advice, prayers, songs, and quotes are personal opinions and experiences of the people who posted them. They are not endorsed as advice, and following them is your own decision. If something looks unsafe, use the Report button on the card.

The site is offered as-is and as-available. Features may change or disappear, and there’s no guarantee of uninterrupted service or that any post is preserved forever. Keep your own copy of anything you want to keep.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any actions, decisions, or results that arise from your use of this platform, including any harm, loss, or injury resulting from content you read, advice you follow, or interactions with other users. We are also not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of this site or reliance on community content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

This platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful content, viruses, or harmful components. You use the site at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our operators, volunteers, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, any content you post, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

You voluntarily assume all risks related to your use of the platform, including exposure to content that may be distressing or triggering. You release us from any and all claims, demands, damages, and liabilities, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform or your interactions with other users.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated these terms or endangered the community. You may stop using the platform at any time. Upon termination, the provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform should first be resolved informally by contacting us through the Contact page. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court or by class action, except where prohibited by law.

Only post song links, lyrics excerpts, and quotes you’re entitled to share, with attribution. If you believe something here infringes your rights, tell us through Contact and it will be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
